Information
I hold a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP Dublin and am a Pre‑Accredited Member of the IACP. I am dedicated to ethical practice and fostering strong therapeutic relationships based on empathy, acceptance, and a secure environment for exploration.
My multicultural Polish-Irish heritage enables me to work sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds. My experience in a Mental Health Setting has deepened my understanding of mental health and wellbeing, and volunteering with the LGBTQ+ Helpline Ireland has heightened my awareness of the unique challenges faced by different communities.
I offer both online and face-to-face sessions in English and Polish, with a basic proficiency in Russian. I work with adults, providing both short-term and long-term support. My integrative, person-centered approach incorporates cognitive-behavioral techniques and is tailored to each individual, ensuring affirming care.
I believe in each client's autonomy, inner resilience, and capacity to overcome obstacles.
I specialise in areas such as anger, anxiety, grief, depression, domestic violence, personal development, self-care, self-esteem, stress, and work-life balance.
I adopt a proactive, supportive approach to help clients meet their needs and achieve their goals with confidence.
